  • Addressed the limitation of single-function temperature control technology
  • Identified that equipping die casting machines with a single spot cooling or mold temperature controller could not achieve thermal balance, and launched the first 3500T integrated temperature control unit in China (including spot cooling, mold temperature, and piping system)
  • Developed an integrated mold temperature control system solution by the end of the year
  • Combined temperature control units, infrared thermal imaging, and molds to improve product yield and production efficiency

    1. Yadelin 3000T SAIC cylinder block – cycle time reduced from 138s to 115s
    2. Jincheng three-in-one housing – cycle time reduced from 168s to 95s
    3. Jincheng shock tower – cycle time reduced from 168s to 95s
    4. Baijihengli compressor housing – cycle time reduced from 85s to 45s
    5. Langjin steering gear – cycle time reduced from 75s to 50s
  • Building a heat transfer database and an expert knowledge base, combined with algorithms to achieve autonomous temperature control, with continuous training to realize fully closed-loop AI-driven thermal management
